During this process, we’ll filter out CVs and resumes, engage in active sourcing, conduct the first interviews, and provide you with a list of 7 candidates with detailed reports that best fit your open job position.
Crestwood Pacific only charges for successful hires - this means that you don't pay anything until the candidate starts working for you! Our fees are based on your new hire’s annual salary gross — 15% for junior or mid-level roles and 20% for senior roles. You can pay easily through your Native Teams wallet, card or invoice.
